All of my plays this weekend will be rated 1* but this is my favorite. While Spurrier's history at Florida was to play close to the vest in non-conf games, he will try to make a point tonight in getting his new players to buy into his system. Central Florida is much improved and will keep it close but look for Spurrier to roll it up with starters in the fourth quarter. SC by 30
1* Houston +8 1/2
Big time offense and much improved team with everybody back makes statement against Pac-10 power. Straight up upset possible. QB Kolb a big time talent for Houston.
1* Arizona State -26 1/2
Dirk Koetter's ATS record at home was strong both at Boise and Ariz State. While the QB is gone, all the other stars are back. Temple is, well, Temple.
