The Angels are 3-1 against the A's in the first game of the series (6-1)(3-4)(5-2)(9-2). The only one they lost, K-Rod blew a one run lead in the ninth.
The Angels are also 17-3 in the first game of a series following a loss.

The A's are 0-3 when playing the Angels in the first game following a win.

I'm on the other side, but GL today. I'm riding the A's bats in this one. 56 runs last 6 game (9.3 rpg avg). Angels scored 30 runs last 9 games (3.3 rpg avg.). Two pitchers in good form, i'll take the team more likely to plate runs.
