Lost yesterday with the Cardinals to run record to 43-37-2 (+$291.58 if bet $100 on each of my PODs). Here is my POD for today:
White Soxs (-116) Contreras is 4-2 with a 3.64 era in 10 road starts this year. He also has a 1.69 era in 4 August starts. Pineiro is 2-3 with a 5.96 era in 11 home starts this year. Seattle is 2-6 in Pineiro's last 8 starts. Chicago has struggled against west coast teams since 2001, but this is a much better team now with a favorable pitching matchup today.
