Phil Steele' Northcoast is reputable and give out only one side to everyone.

His 5 star college plays are gold.

His Monday night and Thursday night plays are at least 60%.

His pro plays have been better than his college plays this year. His overall college record is not good this year.

I would tease Phil +13 instead of SF, but there is a good chance either side will win on a tease.
