    Hey everyone!!! Strange times indeed, thought you guys might like these...

    Picks for 8-24-05
    Let's get ready for some top division Norway soccer!!!!
    I've been working on these picks for a few days, and I think we've got a decent shot at the following games...

    Skeid +140 vs Tønsberg +150
    Draw +265


    Hønefoss -105 vs Strømsgodset +225
    Draw +260

    Stabæk -190 vs. Moss +450 - Draw +285

              Well, I am not happy with the result of today's games in Norway... I'm not doing too well here recently (or ever if you consider my short time posting for you guys... LLWS is today, maybe something good will spring up. Lines are outrageous for Japan and Cali to win their games...).

              3 units on Stabæk LOSS
              2 units on Hønefoss WIN
              1 unit on draw Skeid vs Tønsberg LOSS

              -2 units on the overall for Norwegian soccer today.

              total record now for all posted plays is a dismal
              2-4 with -3.5 units... booooo!!!!!!

              Stabæk played a close one (and really should have ** beaten Moss), and they lost by one. The draw skeid Tønsberg seemed like a good play (with good payout) but in hindsight, I guess draws are more covering kind of bets.
              Thoughts on this?

              ** this seems to be the problem with much of my picks as of late, if teams did what they should do, I guess sportsbooks wouldn't be so profitable
