I've known Animal since he was born in the early 1960's. He was born in Northeast Philadelphia, and his parents moved to Minnesota when he was six or seven. After a few years, the family moved to Florida. Animals mother was not a well woman, and she passed away approximately 14 years ago. His wrestling partner Hawk, passed away three or four years ago of heart failure. Animal had two younger brothers in the wrestling profession, one going under the name of ****** Ace. Most of ******'s wrestling career was spent in Japan. Believe it or not, but Animal is back wrestling. I'm not sure what name he and his partner are using. I hope that he does well, for their are too many hot shots in todays wrestling profession. Ohio State football team is going to have a great player this year playing linebacker by the name of James Laurinaitis, Joe's (Animal) son. When Ohio State plays this year, and are on TV or cable, look for him. As a matter of fact, bet the house.
