Note on the Texans,,,

concerning the QB situation for the Raiders game:

Carr's achilles tendon is sore and they are saying he will not play long if at all. As for Banks and Ragone, they are also ailing and probably won't play much either against the Raiders. This leaves them with a 4th stringer named Parsons who was cut earlier in camp but stuck around and was brought back after the injuries to Banks and Ragone.
