Good Morning All- I need to make some changes and I am sorry if it is uncomfortable for some. I had that ziegarnik effect (feeling something is not right- the Spearit) last night on this game in Colorado- and knew I left something out in my hurry to dish it on the plate ------------------------------ To those who have made this bet I apologize but I am removing Colorado/Cubbies from my list. Prior has pitched horribly against the Rockies and is probably his worst team to pitch against. Kim is pretty solid at home and I initially figured this may be a duel before I saw Priors record. It still has a chance to go under but why chance it with the other games value.

000-Colorado/Chicago Under 10.5 --- Not playing this - Downgraded. Somebody call the Phonepole.

400-TB/Texas Over 11
600-Pitt/Philly Under 9
500-Wash/NY Mets Under 7

I really like these three and will parlay them today. They could easily be tens but that would be foolish because they have figures that are easily reachable

Very nice run Spearit! Have been following your plays and have been impressed. Just wondering where you are getting your info on prior? I placed a bet on the cubs as I am seeing that prior has faired well against the Rocks.

Surveyor- I wish to thank you for bringing my attention back to the game- Again in my haste -Don't laugh-- I was looking at his strikeouts instead of earned runs. I am embarrassed to go to such lenghts to deny this Under play. His record against Colorado is as Surveyor- who is a close friend here in Jacksonville and a watchdog- is very good. Please forgive the morning wakeup doldrums of a 53 yo man, who is hurrying to see patients and get this - I intercepted a call from Comcast that my wife had ordered the internet removed. She hates competing with anybody and my computer! Stay tuned- I had the order cancelled when I grabbed her phone by mistake and the call came in. I'll see ya'll Monday- I hope - Good Luck today.

Sheesh----One last time is on the valuebeing changed or downgraded- It is a good play- however, the wind in Colorado makes the lines go up or down. Since they play this at a little after 5pm Eastern Time correct me if I am wrong--It is then played this afternoon-

Winds are 10-15 miles an hour NW with isolated storms in the area.

I personally am not playing this and therefore wouldn't want anyone hurt by this play- I again take it off the board.

Yes Ki66 I parlayed the three in a multiple of ways-however the system is designed for percentages not individal games. Winton -Thank you I looked on a site that showed storms in the area and you have a site that has 6mph winds (on mlb.com) at this time. Nevertheless-play at your discretion.

It appears an under bet with an uncertainty of weather conditions and Prior is 5-0-1 Over in his last 6. If Prior is so hot -how come the totals are over mainly. Has he had horrible opposing pitchers- No. If we have an over ump and the big boys come out for delays or pitching change -then we have bull pens doing the work. When you look at games - trying to decide how you can get beat becomes an art that I would love to master. Just better value on the others with less variables.

If I was going to bet which ain't happening- I may consider the better value dog bet of the Under for 5 innings @ 5 1/2 runs for a small token because Prior pitched a game earlier at Colorado and lasted 3 innings and gave up 2 hits and the score ended 10-3.

Prior lasted much longer in innings before this year and did well. Splitting 2 overs and unders. I don't know if he goes past 6 innings this time- I rather think not-rather he gets rested -I am not sure- but what all of you need to know is the story about the bullpens.

Both bull pens have given up over 6 ERA over the last 25 innings. Yikes. If ever there is an over- count the bull pens to be a great part of it.

Kim will hold up early but the more he pitches after the 5th inning- he loses it. The manager leaves his pitcher in longer than he should but with an ailing Bullpen has had no recourse.

Remember this: when there are excessive variables that effect a game- this causes doubt- and doubt generally results in a loss. With bettors on the over in 5 innings and on the under in 9 innings- something doesn't smell right- don't you agree?

Funny I would jump on that under in the first 5 innings- but thats me. In 9 innings - looks so easy for the under- and I pray it does - w/o the variables.
