When did the baltimore pitching change come about.I Placed my wager at 2 o' clock central time and my book said it was not canceled because the pitcher was annonced before then. thanks parker

I have no idea what time it was changed but that should not matter if you specified pitchers when you made your wager ... What is the rule with you and your book???

My offshore told me they did not find out about the change until just as the game was starting. No one had a chance to re bet the game.

the rule is if there is a pitcher change it is a no bet , however i am trying to figure out if this pitcher was listed yet at 2 o'clock when i bet because it is a local book and we dont confirm who is pitching over the phone , just make the wagers. If this was a game time decisions then it should not count.
