  • Dogs of the Day - Wednesday

I swept them all yesterday for a gain 4.30 units. After I wrote my post yesterday, I started thinking it would sure be embarrassing if I lost last night. I went thru a thousand deaths watching the Minny game. When Minny finally scores their first run in the 16th inning, at that exact time, the A's had loaded the bases with just one out and only down by one run in the 9th.

Today I am going to play all three again although I'm asking for two of them to sweep a series on the road. I never try to guess when a streak will end and if either the A's or White Soxs win today, I'll still be against them tomorrow. The Giants also came up as a play, making four plays today, more than usual. I will never play more than four dogs a day.

    San Francisco Even
    Baltimore +165
    Minnesota -110
    Chicago Cubs +135

    84-91
    Plus 22.09 units

A hundred dollar player would be ahead $2,209
A five hundred dollar player would be ahead $11,145.

BOL tonight Sandman- I went ahead and posted here.

Sandy- As a Doc with little time - I generally get on the site instead of going to the bathroom or dealing with a subordinate. This way I don't piss off anybody (that may want to use the bathroom or talk down to a patient or worker ). I do feel a little moist at times- but I am starting to like it.

My cousin Larry was around 4 years old when I was a kid visiting his home. He had brightly colored flowers on his sheets. One night - we were all sleeping and there was a full moon coming thru the window. Larry woke up and started yelling- Froatin' Frowers- Froatin' Frowers Everywhere.- Yeaaahh- Little Larry had wet the Bed.

Sandy, you probably already know this- But I will still bring it up. -If your head -jutts forward- your shoulders are rounding- your computer screen middle being at eye level- (if not stick a phone book under it)- your elbows not fully supported by your chair arms can be solid reasons for your painwhile on the computer.

Your shoulders - mostly your supraspinatis, infraspinatis, Teres, and subscapularis muscles are the muscles around your rotator cuff mainly- it has spasms and a blood deficiency to those areas. Could be like more of a frozen shoulder- where if normal the arm rising and scapula rotation has a 2:1 ratio. I know the adhesions or scar tissues aid in this deficiency of blood - so surgery is not the correct thing at this time. If it was me having this- I would check the positions and if in pain - apply ice to the C6 /C7 area for 15 minutes only and repeat 45 minutes from the end of the last.
Just wanted yo make sure you saw this. GL Buddy

I was gone and missed the pitching change on my own pick. Since my system dosen't care who is pitching, usually I never check pitchers. I'm still going to count this play in my record because it's still a play regardless who is pitching. And I'm pissed I missed the pitching change.

Did anyone here have time to change pitchers and still have the play alive. Just curious, what time was the pitching change made.

Why I bet against the A's again. They are right now in the middle of probally their worst stretch the rest of this season. They are so bad that thru 4 innings the Balitmore pitcher, who started today with an ERA over 9, has a no-hitter going.
