I think they are using Blake to take the snaps and place the ball on field goals tries. He will also be used to hold the ball on the tee for kick off's on those windy days in Chicago. :D

In that case, he'll be on the field exactly once per game for the opening kickoff. After that, it requires the Bears to either score or be in "scoring position" (Opposing teams 35 or closer) for him to get a second appearance in the spotlight. With the dangerous 3-yard passes the Bears specialize in, I doubt this will happen often, LOL.

Um....gee..not sure where to start with this one. We needed a #2 or #3 backup...and um...that's why we got Blake. Is he the answer? No probably not, but considering what I saw from the Saint's offense...and believe me I use that term very loosely...I wouldn't be knocking the pickup.
