Ok, how do you read this?

For example Oakland / Minn

* Oakland = home team
Oakland (1) = does this mean a 1 unit play
Oakland 14.53 and Minn 13.67 Is this a power rating? If so what is the scale? Hell I don't know what to do with it.
Total runs 6 1/2. Is this a prediction? if so why predict a half run? Again, I don't know what do do with it.
