Titans -2.5 (-103) vs. Buccaneers 1*
The Titans are 20-7-1 ATS in pre-season games since 2001 and tonight's game will give Norm Chow his first opportunity to try his offense against a live NFL defense.

Broncos +2 (-110) @ Texans 1*
Denver is 8-2 ATS on the road in the preseason since 2000. Mike Shanahan is known for using a much bigger playbook in the preseason than most of his counterparts. Conversely, Dom Capers has shown little interest in winning preseason games since taking over the Texans. Houston is 3-10 ATS all-time in preseason games.
Panthers -3 (-136) vs. Redskins 2**
My favorite preseason play so far. The Redskins offense has not looked good thus far as quarterbacks Patrick Ramsey and Mark Brunell have both struggled in training camp, as well as in a scrimmage last weekend vs. the Baltimore Ravens. The team will also be without several key players, including LB LaVar Arrington and rookie CB Carlos Rogers.
Panthers Head Coach John Fox has proven to be one of the top preseason coaches in the NFL during his 3 year tenure in Carolina, going 9-2-1 ATS, including a mark of 8-0-0 ATS over the last two years. In 2003, Washington opened their preseason schedule with a visit to Carolina where they were crushed 20-0. The two teams also met last August at FedEx Field in a preseason contest, won by the Panthers in overtime. With his team trailing by 3 and just seconds remaining, Fox actually called timeout to set up a late FG try which sent the game to OT. Clearly, Coach Fox wants to win every game, preseason or not. With a roster full of players returning from injury who are eager to show they are still amongst the NFL's elite teams, the Panthers should roll over the Redskins tomorrow night in Charlotte.
I'll post some more plays later if I see anything else I like.
Good luck!
