First the ref mis-spots the ball at the end of the first half, preventing SD from a field goal try. Then Nate Kaeding misses 3 FGs in a span of about five minutes, 2 of which were made necessary by very near misses on TD passes. Then Longwell hits a 53 yarder in the rain....
