How much does time change affect a player for east coast to west coast travel or vice versa?

Affect more for east to west travel or the other?

Example from last night. Pedro Martinez Was just not him at all.
The last time he lasted that long was light a year ago. The game started at 7 PM pacific, which make that 10 PM eastern. Is hs body just ready for bed at that time?
I am from San Diego andlast week when I was in Orlando. I couldn't go to bed until 1-2 AM and could not get up til like 10 AM.
Is this to look for in the future?
