John Fox is 9-2-1 ATS in pre-season as stated above.

The Panthers are 8-0 ATS in the pre-season the last 2 seasons. I was at the Redskins-Panthers pre-season game last year and Fox actually called timeout to kick a FG at the end of the game to send it to OT where the Panthers won. Everyone was pretty stunned, never seen that in a pre-season game before.

I'd say that Carolina -3.5 vs. my Skins this weekend is about as solid a pre-season play as you're gonna find. Fox has made it very clear that he wants to win every game his team plays, exhibition or not.
