I just say that because it seems to me he has been a coach that many didnt feel deserved to coach out his contract, and every year has been predictable, so if it starts out slow maybe get rid of him fast. Who knows, i am not good at predicting anything in the NFL.

I also love the vikings this year, that being said a crappy start wouldnt surprise me too much.

how he has handled his horse crap squad the last 3 years, and when MN was $30million below the cap, you can't expect too much from a coach...now everything is in place for this team to pop. now we have koren robinson and are going to fly a 4wr look, well you know how indy does with that look and they have a crap Defense, and ours sure is 100% better then the last 5 years....Tice will be here for a while....i say mike holmgren is gone forsure

Well i hope your right, but I cant believe how freaking optimistic you are, it seems like you just became a vikings fan, but I dont believe thats true??

it literally has nothing too do with cuz i live in minnesota, i have make a lot of money going opposite of the vikes the past 4 years cuz there D is horrible, it's just that everyone (who lives in minnesota says the same thing) and that's it's no different then the last year, but then they don't have a clue who Pat Williams is, they have no clue who Smooth is, nor Harris or Cowart and Edinger, they do know who sharper is shocking......i am a fan of NFL, not my home team, but I will say this team is so solid from O to D.....it's great to see your home town team go out and spend $33-$35 million on some excellent players......

Now one question for you

i didnt say i dont believe that is true, I said I was surprised at how optimistic you were just because of all the things the Vikes did on PAPER.

All I am saying is that I am so superstitious, which came with being a vikes fan for many years, that I am not going to hype them up and expect them to be sooooo improved before the season even starts! I will not set myself up for a letdown! Thats why I said lets chat again in a month.

What you are saying could definitely happen, i agree, but let's just see...

totally understand bigticket, BUT how could you be superstitious over that team in the past 4 years, they had nothing but crap on Defense...you wanted to get excited for an average team....this is the year you should be prasing them....look at what philly fans were when they just got TO, now we got a new defense and it's our ticket to watch a great team....cullpepper is amazing this off-season
