1* Angels -141
As you can see from the above record, I rarely play favorites and -140 is normally my absolute max. I'm slightly over that cap but I think the Angels are worth it tonight. Actually, it's the Orioles that motivate my play. Baltimore is in the tank. They've lost seven in a row and an incredible 13 of their last 14!!! Now they're on the road, without Steroid Boy and have to face a first place team. Anegels need to keep winning because Oakland is on fire. The only reason this game isn't
-200 is that Baltimore is going with Bedard, who is having a great season. But his last two starts were a little iffy. Lackey is fine for the Angels. Two other points: Angels have scored 24 runs the last three games and their tired bullpen is finally rested with an off day Monday and only reliever being used last night.
Opinions only: D-Rays (five wins in a row), Astros (winning almost every game but with a poor starter tonite)
