Cubs/Philly under 9
Starting pitchers have a 1.48 and 2.84 ERA the last 3 Times out. Phillys bullpen is clicking lately at 2.08 and the only bugger is Cubbies bull pen is 5.29 lately. I believe Philly wins this and since Cubbies are visiting won't have to pitch the 9th.
Note: Lee is in a slump. Cubs have a new leadoff guy from the pirates. Cubs are hoping for a jolt to their run production. Not today.
