    Going back to playing 1 unit= 100 plays
    Record on these 18-5. Record on other Sucks

    Color/ Phil Over 11
    NY Mets/ Houston Under 7.5
    Minn/Boston Under 9.5
    Chi Wh. Sox/Balt Over 9
    Oakland/ Detroit Under 9

    I realize the last couple of days suck- I have these weekends when my family (at home and nearby is in a tailspin- it sincerely messes me up - cuz I can do nothing to improve it)
    Nevertherless These plays will win more than lose today.

            As I stated these will win more than lose. I am over my anxiety and learning from my losses on what I overlooked- its a process, nothing more. I am learning how to be a better capper. I know this is not easy as cold streaks will occur.

            Lesson Learned---Family difficulties- No bets will be made in the future. Also when I want to bet more- something besides the actual bet is propelling it.
            (It is a psychological assumption - that a person may try to risk much more to try to gain control over an area that he can control-- when in actuality -he can not handle areas that are out of his control- such as both sides of our (her and mine) family.) It wouldn't matter if it was drugs, women, drinking, or gambling. I just happen to gamble. Stay the course- if ya want to win. Up it and something happens. Look at winning systems record. Same result as soon as he moved up. Does the capping change -yes I believe so. Why? Because you are not in the same place as before. Because the breathing is shallower and the feel of the game is not the same. Its like walking around the neighborhood twice. First time around - you sight is more straight ahead- and you walk fast. Second time around and your breathing is deeper and a sense of euphoria comes over you- ya see flowers and things -you never saw on your first zing around the Hood.
