Playing on that ankle last year really screwed him up for this year. But It was well worth it by the ring he wears on his finger. I'm sure Franconna knows that and is trying to work him through his rehab.....The man isn't going anywhere.......

Maddux has pitched well his last couple outings and now that their offense is healthy with Lee and Ramirez. I don't see Lowry being able to stop that squad. I watched them beat the Cards twice this weekend and they are gunning for that division with 11 games left with St. Louis. It also don't hurt having the home crowd behind you.
