I think he tainted his LEGEND a little by coming back, that's all. He was known as the greatest turn around coach ever, and the cowboys are gonna flop on him and ruin that rep he had.
Julius Jones is the best thing on that team. He did it in Notre Dame, he'll do it again in Dallas, time will tell. He's gonna be good, mark my words.

BUFFALO BILLS are the Big Surprise this year. They will win the AFC East and make a run for the Superbowl.
That's the way I see it now...pending Pre-Season looks.
The Bills strongly resemble the Panthers of two years ago.
They have a no-nonsense coach, strong line, good running game, and they were #2 in defense last season.
They finished up strong not only winning, but demolishing opponents toward the latter half of the Season.
Losman may not even win the starting position. Whether or not he does, Mularky will make the switch to Holcomb if necessary. Holcomb will have time to pass unlike in Cleveland. and while he may not be a superstar QB, everyone knows superstar QB's are not the makeup of SB contenders.
The Bills are gonna kick some royal butt this season.
BILLS OVER 8.0 Wins -125

Year 3 is usually his best year, but that's when the team continues to improved after year 2. The cowboys didn't! They need too many positions to be any GREAT this year. The need solid QB, WRs, and now the defense has holes. The Defense was the only thing keeping them in game Year 1. Year 2 they flopped! They may make the playoffs, but that's not due to Tuna/Cowboys, that's due to NFC sucking in general, it's a crap shoot.

Vick - great athlete, not a quartback.... to small to be a quarterback, he'd get kicked. Maybe a flanker, or a wide out. I love the CRAP that ESPN sells each and everytime some guy like this comes into the NFL. GREATEST POSITION PLAYER EVER, we've never seen this before, he's gonna be great!!!! Yes, we have you dumbass! Can you say Randell Cunningham? Can you can Kordell Steward? And look how these guys turned out. MIKE VICK = OVERRATED!!!!

Here are my picks:
Sleeper team: Buffalo. They had a great defense last year and Willis looks like he is the real deal. If they can get decent play from Losman they are going to be real tough to deal with. Their biggest problem will be playing in a very tough division.
Biggest Bust: Denver. Their defense is getting older and signing castoffs from other teams like Courtney Brown and Gerard Warren isn't going to get it done. The AFC West looks very strong this year and I think the Broncos are going to be left on the outside looking in.
Most Improved Team: In terms of record? Carolina. They had so many injuries last season to a lot of key players. When everyone is healthy they are as good or better than anyone in the NFC, even Philly. I think they are a very legit Super Bowl contender. They have a great defense, an effective offense that knows how to move the chains, and a great coach. They also have playoff and Super Bowl experience.
Toughest Schedule: It's really impossible to say right now considering the turnover every year in the NFL. But I will play along with the game and I am going to go with Miami. They have to play 3 legit playoff contenders twice each in their division, including the Pats who are indisputably the best team in the NFL. The AFC East also matches up with the NFC South this year, and the South is the best division in the NFC. This could be a long season for Nick Saban.
Best Rookie: I really like Carlos Rogers, the guy my Skins got with their first pick. I think he's going to be a Pro Bowl corner someday. I just wanted to fit that in here before saying that I think the biggest impact rookie this season will be Braylon Edwards. He immediately becomes the #1 option in the Browns offense, and they are going to be counting on him from day one, so I expect him to have the best rookie numbers.
MVP: Peyton Manning. I really have nothing else to say here. Unless he gets hurt he's going to throw for around 45 TDs and the Colts are going to win the AFC South. Even though there are some other players I could see winning it, I can't go against Peyton.
Biggest Bust: Joey Harrington. No matter how many WRs Matt Millen drafts to try and cover up the mistake he made by picking Harrington the guy is still not going to be any good. Detroit could contend in the weak NFC North, and I think after a few weeks Mooch will decide to go with Jeff Garcia. Big Ben could also be considered a "bust" this season because I highly doubt that he will be able to duplicate what he did last year. He raised the bar really, really high for himself with that rookie season.
Overrated Player: I've always felt that Brian Urlacher was the most overrated player in the NFL. The media had their rookie season infatuation with Jeremy Shockey, but that seems to have passed. Whenever I watch Bears games (admittedly not very often) I never even notice Urlacher, and he's had injury problems the last few seasons. And yet there he is in commercials every week and drawing comparison to the great Bears MLB of old. It's ridiculous.
Underrated Player: I really, really like Dunta Robinson, the second year corner for Houston. He was great last year and it is surprising he didn't get more media coverage. In 2-3 years he will be one of the top 3 CBs in the NFL, if not the best. Houston has some pretty good young talent and they should also be considered a sleeper this season.
Superstar who gets hurt: Terrell Owens.
Let me dream.
I can't wait for football season!!!Posted Plays
2006 NFL Record: 10-8-1 (+11.21 units)
5*: 1-0
2006 NCAA Football Record: 25-20 (+10.74 units)
5*: 0-2

Staylor,
Really good write up. I'm eyeing the Panthers myself pending Pre-Season looks. A return to the Big Dance would not surprise me in the least.
Totally agree with Bills. They don't even need Losman to perform. They just need a coach with enough sense to put Holcomb in if he doesn't. Mularkey is the man.
I could see the Panthers and the Bills each going to their respective conference championships.
