SATURDAY'S FREE PICK: CLEVELAND BROWNS at
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (1:00 ET). Last week, for the
first time this year, the Saints played in a game, a 24-17
loss to Atlanta, that DID NOT, go OVER the total! The
Saints entered that game having averaged 32.2 ppg over
their first nine games, but did not score a TD, until the
4th quarter. Don't look for that to happen here, as they
are playing in the perfect conditions of the SuperDome
and have averaged 34.3 ppg at home, this season. The
Saints have had trouble stopping ANYONE, this season,
as they've allowed 25.7 ppg and the Browns have a
talented group of wide receivers plus a QB, Tim Couch,
that is playing VERY WELL! Although Butch Davis is
known as a defensive coach, in 12 road games as
the Browns head coach, Cleveland has played TEN
overs and just TWO unders! Take the Over!
