I'm assuming you mean Scott Riggs who drives the Valvoline car. I dont think he has a shot this year. The team did well early on in the season with a few top 10 finnishes but lately they have been aweful. This week is the pennsylvania 500 @ pocono which i dont see team valvoline winning or even competing. Just my opinion.
