In adding on to SustainDan's post about a player being your guy, I have created a new thread.
This is a guy that the public is (or was) not all over but you saw something in this player that made him your top player if you were GM.
My guys in all sports:
D Wade (at Marquette). Had them winning it all in his junior year andsaid that he should have been drafted ahead of Lebron. Now, a lot of people are saying the same.
Lamont Jordan (at Maryland). He won me a few games at MU and I always thought he could be a great NFL back. In my keeper fantasy league, I retained this guy as a rookie.
I thought he was actually a better back than Martin a few years ago and now he will get his shot. Public all over this guy the past 2 years.
Baseball - Not as impressive, as my guy was Jeff Stone. Watching him in the minors, I thought he would take the Phils to the Series every year. He stank!!
