Today I am taking SF over the LA Dodgers. Why? Forget the standings and look strictly at the Giants' 37-50 record. They're done. So are the Dodgers, struck down by injuries to (Jeff Kent's hamstring) and a bizarre fate (Kelly Wunsch takes a pratfall coming out of the bullpen).
LA Dodgers are on a free fall.

Wash, they have to win on the road, going against a hot MIL club. They have the team todo it, esp w/ Hernandez on the hill. Today, the take one from MIL on the road.

x2gold- I had that play on Wash yesterday and Hernandez didn't pitch. Now they are a dog to Sheets. It looks like a sound dog play.
I am thinking about just chasing dogs this second half- which can include an RL on a hot team in dog status. GL

Good Luck Spearit from another dog player. I'm posting the Yankees and Minny as my dog plays for today. I like the Giants as a dog too, but not as much as the two I'm posting.

According to my figures above the Yankees have a better shot to win while Minn has two wins in the last seven. Yanks are hot and scoring ( just as Seattle is -7.2 runs avg in the last 5 ) Thats always sweet as a dog. Minn had a nice streak going with three wins until heading into the last seven games before the all-star game. However, Radke is 2-2 against the Angels while Byrd is 0-1 vs the twins. The Angels will make this close - should be a one run ballgame. Angels have won the last 3 against Minny- It should be Minnys turn for the win. GL

Spearit. Just to give you an idea why I'm playing Minny tonight. I'm not playing Minny. I'm playing AGAINST THE ANGLES. No matter who they were playing tonight, I would have played against them if the Angles were a favorite or near pickem. The Angles are in a down cycle right now. After winning 13 out of 16, they have now lost 4 of their last 5. Even though they won last night, it's too soon after their nice run to start winning again. Sounds a little crazy not caring who is pitching, but this system has worked for me 4 of the past 5 years and I'm ahead a little so far this year. Good luck on your SF play. I might make a small play on them too.
