Funny you should have this, as I just helped my daughter study for finals a month back and this was one of her geography questions!! I'll quess the center !!

Answer to #1 is indeed Barrow AK, also the coldest place in the US averages 9 degrees Farenheit yr round...

Answer to #4 is indeed Eastport Maine

Tie Breaker is indeed---Lebanon, Ks...

Chuck the West most is not Atka, it's close, you may have misspelled it....It is a 4 letter word starting with At_ _

Southern Most has a long name-unless Hilo is short for it, thats not it._ _ ` _ _ _ _ _

I checked my daughters geography book and it showed,
Hilo, Hawaii at 19 degrees 44' northern lattitude and
Atka, Alaska at 174 degrees 12' west longitude.
But what does school teachers know anyway. I know the Kapt knows his bearings!!!!
