2005 Midyear Report
Sometimes hard work and deep desire just don’t cut it. The first half of this season was riddled with diasppointment and inability to gather any sustained momentum. Last year we were great but we did in all honesty get the better of Lady Luck. So far we haven’t been nearly as fortunate .
If The 3 Wise Men were a publicly traded company I would recommend buying our shares aggresively, but hey it’s gambling and we’re at the mercy of strangers who at times show up to do their job yet other times fail to accomplish what they are so handsomely paid for and this fact of life is not in our control.
At mid season we have met neither our expectations nor our promises but hopefully in the 2nd half we can catch a run and make up for the lack of consistency thus far.
Look forward to seeing you all on Thursday when we’ll start to rebuild and regain confidence.
Sincerely,
Neil, 1/3 Wise Men
