August 19th … Hip surgery scheduled … will be out 2-4 weeks. I’m certain Kmann and Frank will fill in with The 3 Wise Men Daily Reports and keep it going in the usual and customary format. We won’t skip a single beat.
I’m glad I’ll be around for the weeks right after the All Star Game …. We hit out first 13 last year right after the Midsummer Classic on our way to an 18-3 run and all in all a nice 2nd half of the season.
Post season was disappointing and for now the thinking is that the playoffs may very well be dealt with like the Interleague Games … meaning Pass . Nothing is in stone though … we’ll wait and see.
