guys,
i don't bet nhl b/c my guy doesn't take it so i don't know shit but i'm getting in a playoff pool again. last year i got smoked. any advice would be greatly appreciated. here are the rules


Rules
* Winner take all.

* Rank the playoff teams from most likely (16) to least likely (1) to win the Cup.

* After each round, the winning teams will be given points based on your ranking.

Example: If you have Minnesota as a 5, you'll get 5 points for every round Minnesota advances.

* One bonus point will be awarded for every upset, 2 pts in the second round, etc.

* Tie Breaker: Total goals scored by Stanley Cup Champion in the Final Series.

the only way to win one of these pools is to take atleast 1 long-shot

the more people you are, the bigger the long-shot

last year i finished 3rd in our hockey pool out of 45 people

i lost it in the final round - - i actually had Carolina to win 2 rounds of the play-offs - i impressed myself!!!

if Boston wins, Wayne would take the lead

If Boston loses, who cares cause you only bet $5 to get into this pool

i just used western union at my 5dimes account. i'm using it for golf and i'm going to get better odds at 5dimes on the golfer i'm going to play. i'll share w/ the board after i put it in.
