Terrible way to start the year!!! 3*(2-3) 1*(6-9) 5*(0-0)
Today 5* DBACKS...!!going against the best pitcher on the mound today..i know u will all think i am crazy making this such a heavy play.. brown looked great on wed 3 hits over 6 innings in a 5-0 win and is 4-1 lifetime with a 1.93 era in 14 career starts vs zona but the management still places him third? are they not 100% sure of his arm? brown said that "he felt the best in 10 yrs." Is he trying to assure himself and the staff. dodgers only got 20 hits and 7 runs against a subpar pitching group in sd, but did squeak out an extra inning rally for us last night. Dessons definitely had a rough debut and the dbacks only have 1 hr(lowest in ml)and r hitting the ball at a dismal .210 but today they break out......DBACKS+65/70
3* BRAVES....lets go fishin'....atl had 4 runs in its 3 loses and 25 runs in its 2 wins....jekyl & hyde?? In pavanos 8-1 loss to the phils he gave up 5runs and 7hits over 6 and in their 4 loses they were outscored 41-18 with a team era of 6.06...fish droped 6 of 9 last yr and 15 of 25 over last three...ortiz didn't look that promising in his 4-0 loss to montreal but I think he does better today BRAVES-85.. also 1* OVER 9u eventhough the last 6 of 9 went under.....
1* GIANTS.... Schmidt looked awesome in debut on tues 1run in 7 2/3 and perez struggled with his control(6walks) and the giants are hitting hrs without barry hitting them all...also the g's have had a bullpen and good pitching....but I can not lay the juice so take them on the run line.. GIANTS -1 1/2 -20or25
