Willy, I found out it doesn't matter to me who wins or loses the day before!
Playing Pro softball many years ago I learned you play one day, go to sleep and if you really have the desire to win the next day and give 110%, usually you do. If you go and can't wait to get out of that town and play halfassed, you usually lost!
So when I cap games I usually take into consideration who I think wants it more, besides who's pitching and whether they are at home or not!
