Over the years I would say Fridays

Sat & sundays in MLB...i tell friends i don't even look on these days.
see Goldvike above, very astute. Mgrs. rest players on day games after night games...usually Sat Or most often Sunday

It's always been Sunday for me. In addition to what Goldvike said, I think the fact that Sunday is always the last game of a series, might have something to do with this. I think the reason teams rest players more on Sundays is because Monday is usually an off day and the player gets two days off in a row.

Of course Sunday's are bad for football because none of us should be betting the NFL. It's by far, at least for me, the hardest sport to handicap. This will be when Ripples fade plays should really clean up.
