If you wanted to place a bet which would be equivalent to the Boston -1 RL bet for $200, here's what you would do:

Place a $191 bet to win 100 on the Boston -191 ML
Place a $100 bet to win 105 on the Boston -1.5 (+105) RL

Therefore, if Boston wins by exactly one run, then your bet is essentially refunded because you won the ML bet and lost the RL bet. So you are effectively betting Boston -1 (-142). Good Luck.
