Duval has let himself go a bit. Looking a little pudgy. Even when his game started falling apart, he was still a conditioning freak.

He's had so many injuries it was probably hard for him to work out. Also, at one point he lost too much weight.

Usually once you get into working out the way he did, it's hard to let go of it, unless you get hurt. I got really into it about 7-8 years ago, to the point where i work out 5 days a week and put a gym in my house.

I hurt my knee 6 weeks ago and had surgery last Monday and haven't been able to work out during that period of time. It's miserable for me. I've actually lost 10 pounds in those 6 weeks. I would guess that i've lost 15 pounds of muscle and gained 5 pounds of fat. LOL.

I start physical therapy today and I can't wait because at least i'll be doing something.

I agree Frank. I love the change of venue each year, the method of qualifying, and the way the USGA sets these tracks up every year. I love it when these guys have to grind from the first tee all the way till the end just to hang around par. Very exciting.

Definetly my favorite of the year...and that could also be because they televise it more then any other major. I really do wish the Masters would do that..but I won't hold my breath.

In all honesty, I have in the past. Unfortunately, at the grand old age of 38, I have arthritis issues in most of my joints, which is what brought on the cartilage tears in my knee. Not to mention the giant bone spur in my elbow and osteolysis in my shoulder joint.

I've used anavar, in the recent past, and with a smart workout program, it actually helps joint recovery. It's quite expensive, though, but is usually worth it for me.

I've never used any injectible anabolics, as i'm not looking to be a bodybuilder or impress women with my tremendous girl-like biceps.

I love to workout, though, and I love to play baseball, so it does help to keep me from having to give up the things I love to do.

BTW, I only did this after thorough research and consulting with the orthopedic surgeon I use.
