Reason: Tampa Bay snapped its losing skid on Sunday with an extra inning win over Pittsburgh. That victory could be a good boost as the Devil Rays head back home after what seems like an eternity. Despite only five road wins, Tampa Bay has a winning record at home and it is one of the best home hitting teams in baseball. Milwaukee dropped its fourth straight on Sunday as the Brewers are now 11 games under .500 on the road.

Doug Waechter is by no means the staff ace but he has been able to keep Tampa Bay in games throughout the season as only one of his losses has been by more than two runs. The Devil Rays are 3-2 in his home starts and they are giving him a ton of run support by scoring 7.4 rpg in Tampa Bay. Milwaukee is hitting just .251 on the road this season.

Chris Capuano has been consistent all season but he is coming off one of his worst outings of the season and will have to contend with a good offense. The Devil Rays are tied with the Red Sox for the second-best average in the Majors behind the Orioles and if they get baserunners on, they are dangerous. They are hitting .306 with runners in scoring position, which is best in all of baseball.

The win on Sunday should give this team some much needed confidence. They have won six of their last nine home games and should extend that with a nice dog win on Monday. Play Tampa Bay One Unit
