  • 3 Wise Men Report Saturday 6/11/05

We had a profitable Friday hitting our top plays and yes I am counting them for the record. You know us by now … this is not about “padding ‘ or “window dressing “. We could care less. Many times we even play down the record .

But I do trust that you maneuvered with The Cubs ( bumping them up as a Money Line Side Play in lieu of the steep Run Line Vig ) and The Pirates ( perhaps by laying 1 Run instead of laying the high priced vig on the Money Line )

We’re having a very nice week and we’ll sure try to keep it rolling today.

    Let’s Go !!!

The Plays for Saturday … and lots of them.

    National League :

    1 ½* Philadelphia -150

    Interleague :

    1 ½* Chicago Cubs -145

    1* St. Louis at even

    2* St. Louis RL ( +1 ½ -160 )

    1 ½* Texas -130

    1 ½* Washington -140

    2* Pittsburgh -150

    1* Baltimore -110

    1 ½* Chicago White Sox -130

    ½* Minnesota +120

    2* Cleveland RL ( +1 ½ -160 )

Note: As yesterday consider laying 1 Run for less vig with the High Line Faves and making Cleveland a light ML play.

    Friday Result:

    National League : Pass

Interleague Play: 6-4 , hitting our 3 top plays.

    1* Chicago Cubs +105 Won

    2 ½* Chicago Cubs RL ( +1 ½ -150 ) Won

    1* Detroit -105 Loss

1 ½* Washington -135 No Play … Pitch change as Tomo Ohka was traded to Milwaukee for Junior Spivey.

2 ½ Pittsburgh -170 … it’s a strong play but Hi Line … consider laying 1 Run with less vig as an alternative. Won

1* Angels of Anaheim -125 Won

    ½* Atlanta -130 Loss

    1* Texas RL ( +1 ½ -150 ) see how the line moves. Loss

    1* St. Louis -115 Won

    1 ½* Cleveland -120 Won

    1* Minnesota +105 Loss

Lots of Favorites --- makes me queezy .

It looks like an amateur prepared today's list of Plays ...

Very cautious optimism on this end.

Guys - Like yesterday with The Cubs - consider upping the St Louis ML Play if the Run Line Vig is too rich.
