You will not see Joe Mays getting plus money very often this year. Checked Penny out and he won't come close to finishing this game. Mays is back almost 100% from the almost year and a half of injury off and on rehab. Dodgers have some power but that is about the only advantage other than resting while the twins played a late game last night. The loss last night made this a 4 vs a 2 star play.

I am not speaking for GV, but I can help answer your question. GV rates his plays 1*-5* with the RARE 8* play and maybe, possibly he gives out an even more rare 10*. But overall, it's 1-5 from what I've seen for over a year.
