Looking at Halladay's last ten starts and none of his games have gone over 9 runs. Closest was 8. I'm liking the under 9 +110, but I'm just curious why the line is moving in favor of the over? I don't see the cubbies scoring too many runs , but I'm not too sure about Mitre w/6.88 era. Any thought guys?
