Here is your free selection:
Missouri is from a very strong conference and in my opinion, looks to be a very dangerous team in this tourney. After narrowly escaping versus Southern Illinois in the first round, look for the Tigers to come out with a big effort here. Remember, Holy Cross is from a weak conference and yet the Crusaders gave Marquette all it can handle in Thursday‘s first-round outing.
And here's something else to keep in mind: Any second-round favorite off an ATS loss as a favorite in round one, versus a foe with a win percentage of .670 or better, is 2-8 SU and ATS since the 1996 tourney. The SU angle really makes this a solid play since we are getting points here!
Mizzou shows Marquette the door.
Your free pick for Saturday goes to the NIT. The College of Charleston has been a great dog all year, going 7-1 ATS when getting points.
I had them against Kent on Wednesday as a big road dog, and I am coming strong with them as a free pick winner tonight in second-round NIT action at Providence. How can I not back a team that's 12-4 SU and 12-1 ATS on the road this season?

Pick: Coll. of Charleston +10

Today the National Sports Advisors look for College of Charleston to cover as +10 underdogs, when they take on Providence in Rhode Island tonight.
College of Charleston strolls into the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, RI tonight to take on a hot Providence club. Former Providence assistant coach and now Cougars head coach, Tom Herrion, has had a great debut season on Charleston's sideline. The Cougars enter tonight's game with an overall record of 23-7, including 11-4 away from home. One of those wins came on tuesday, when the Cougars won 72-66 at Kent St. as +8.5 underdogs. Charleston has been very profitable for their betting supporters this season, going 13-7 against the spread.
Providence enters this evening's matchup with an overall record of 17-13, including 13-4 at home. After a sluggish opening to their season and Big East campaign, Tim Welsh's Friar ballclub has come on and played very strongly over the second half of their season. Providence has won seven of it's last nine games, going 7-2 against the spread over that span. Providence made it to this round of the NIT by defeating Richmond 67-49 on tuesday.
So why COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON? Well, the Cougars are a very good mid-major program that has wins over Wyoming, Villanova, Oklahoma St, and Kent St this season. They have the talent to not only cover this game ATS, but also to possibly win outright. While we still think Providence will prevail with the straight up win, we look for the Cougars to keep it tight and get the cover against the spread.

NCAA FREEBIE: CAL Hollis Price is the heart and soul of the Oklahoma Sooners and normally even with the guard hobbled they are capable of overcoming but this is “the Dance” and with teams facing a “one more night” situation every time out we like Cal’s chances today. They squeaked past NCST in the opening round as Joe Shipp continued his inspired play with 24 points. The “X”-factor here is Tamir. The 6-11 F is usually good for 16 PPG but managed only 8 points on 3-16 shooting. Without a doubt the Bears will need the big man to get closer to his seasonal output for a shot at advancing.
