I could have waited and got better odds on Miami to -4.5, but snagged it now.
This is a tough game to cap. however, I am sticking with experience and defense. Teasers are not for the fainthearted so go at your own risk. 4-0 Record.
I see it this way- Miami is tough at home and I believe they win. However, a knockout punch to the Champs - no way. If I had played Miami - they would then have to win. The percentages are greater for Detroit to cover +8.5, than it is for Miami to lose to Detroit tonight. Detroit is the only team to show it can beat Miami in Miami - doing it twice this season. So I feel comfortable with that play.
Now on the total. Both games in Miami were under 180 for the playoffs. In Miami Detroit winning 80-72. Miami winning 92-86. . Yes- the last two games were offensive point games but mostly due to the number of fouls and free throws made. I believe the refs are going to let em play tonight. I saw this in last nights game and it may happen again here. I just don't believe a third offensive game is gonna happen.
Well, its not a large bet but its fun to try sometimes. UConnplayer, a self proclaimed educator will tell you that teasers are not good plays and wouldn't waste his time on them. Hey betting is a risk and I seem to do well on this type of bet. I am just having some fun and picking up a few bucks. Good Luck to all.
