At Pinny it's pk & -0.5 +104 and the money line is +125. You have a double line there so if you bet $200 on England, you actually have $100 at a pk and $100 at -0.5. Because you are able to bet on a draw, I assume that if the game ends in a tie before the extra kicks start if you have a money line bet it is a loser. But if your play is on a pk and -0.5 you don't lose both bets thus the 21 cent difference in price. I have never bet soccer so if there is someone out there that could verify this it is appreciated. Thanks.

Well said, this is correct. A bet of pk & -0.5 means you get half your money back if they tie and you win your entire bet if the team you bet on wins the game in regulation. However, if you bet the moneyline and the match results in a draw, you lose your entire wager. Trust me, bet smart in soccer and if you can put half your wager on a pk, do it.
