tech, I like you, and I ALWAYS wish you good luck..............
BUT, you know that it is NEVER a sure thing and NEVER smart to go "all in" on ANY game EVER!!!
I hope you reconsider, and just maybe take it for 2X your normal bet. It's just not worth it. These are ALL profesional athletes, and any team can win on any given day.

well said. the best and the worst teams will win 30% and loose 30% of their games, it's what they do with the remainer of their games that makes the diference. it's a long season.“A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."

In the future please refrain from GOL (game of lifetime), LOCK and similar type terms. You've been around here long enough to know there is no such thing.

This is all great advice, and Frank you're right this isn't the first time he's done this.
I hope this isn't taken the wrong way, but there's only so much "babysitting" we can do here. If he wants to go "all in" on 1 baseball game, then that's his decision, and I will bet my house that he will get burned sooner or later by this. It just isn't smart betting!
GL to you though....

Best of Luck with the Rangers tonight especially since The 3 Wise Men do not have an opinion on this game.
I disagree with some of the others ... you can call this game whatever you want ... a GOY .. whatever ... that's your given right and your prerogative as a Chat Play Poster.
But why put yourself in a position where if you lose you must get out of town ? ( never post again ) That's unnecessary unless you don't like it here in the first place.
Don't pressure yourself with win or else ultimatums ... you're not being fair to yourself .
Again All The Best Tonight

As We continue to preach- gambler goes all in on too many occasions. Treating it as a business and letting the percentages work for you is the correct move. Our emotions generally can get into a frantic move for something special to happen with devasting effects. The ways that a game can be bet- has hugh concerns because you can lose because you took the RL instead of the ML. Maybe 5 innings was the correct play with a team like Boston who can't seem to finish a game at times. Chic White Sox have won some games which they shouldn't have. Best of Luck Tech- I applaude Ballsy plays when they win. And feel the pain when they don't. I can't tell from one week to the next if I am gonna ride this pony for much longer. Your life could be needing a fix right now with bills mounting or other pressures- laying it on one game is not going to fix it. Tendency is to lay it on another game because we get greedy- Vegas loves this player. I am playing the under, here. Good Luck and I will be rooting for Texas.Last edited by Spearit; 05-27-2005, 09:53 AM."The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice.
