As a matter of fact I, BHS, I am curious when you say you heto risking 20K on the ML to make whatever?
In any event the important thing is that your picks are very good, and you are obviously doing very well in your profession.

ps My 66K figure was based on say your posting a bet for $7500. I interpreted that to mean whatever it took to make $7500 as opposed to risking $7500.

just feel this is on the tail end of its cycle.....scary when people who are not real estate guys are all of a sudden real estate guys jumping in...same with the stock-market in 2000-01.....when it gets too easy usually means the smart money has already made theirs and are lookng to cash out.....know many big real estate guys here in south florida who are unloaduing many of their properties as they feel it is unsustianable and you can rent for 54 cents on the dollar for what it would cost you to own it......you can rent a $450,000 condo in some places in miami for $1,500 and the carrying costs for the owners are much more than that......

anyways, nobody knows....but history usually repeats in real estate and stocks......
