Anyone here really like the Astros -1 tonight? I need some confidence because I'm going big on them tonight. If I lose I'm hanging up cleats and my young gambling career will come to an end.

By the way Houston -1.5 is my POD...
Here is why...

Arizona is 71-94 last 3 years against a team with a losing record.
Halsey is 0-1 with a 5.74 ERA on the road this year.
Clemens is 3-1 with a 1.11 ERA overall this year, 2-1 with a 1.75 ERA at home this year and 2-0 with a 1.23 ERA his last 3 starts.
Clemens is 2-0 with a 1.33 ERA vs Arizona since 1997.
As long as the Astros score 4 runs Houston will win. But can the Astros score 4 runs, I don't know.

Also 89% of the public is on Houston, so be careful. This is strange because the line opened at -180 and dropped to -170 at the Mirage.

Lay off the game completely---wait till tomorrow--bigger more selective board to choose from...Discipline/Patience is the key to doing good in bases..

PS--If one wager (too big) depletes your bankroll---quit gambling now, till you learn money management methods....Plenty of people on this Forum can advise you...The 3 Wise Men---FrankB, and numerous others have many times preached this....Including the above Posts...
