          It's a service that gives predictions (power ratings) on every game.

          In each game they assign a rating for each team . Subtract the lower from the higher, round off to the nearest .50 , and it predicts who will win and by how many runs.

          .50 = 1/2 run

          For example:

          St. Louis (Marquis) 12.36 (1) Philadelphia* (Myers) 11.31
          Total Runs: 10

          12.36 - 11.31 = 1.05 = 1 run

          So they have Cards by 1 run over Phils

          BE CAREFUL - its not cut and dry - We use many other factors.

          This is only 1 of many tools.

          Hope this helps.

            Good point Frank---Not Dunkel at face value is the 3 Wise Men, but rather a very complex "K-Factor" involved utilizing Dunkel as our main tool to decide plays..Meaning Dunkel rating as related to the lines...

            And yes, there are many factors involved....If you take Dunkel at face value, at the end of the season you would probably hit 50-53 %...Losing percentage however when VIG is factored in...

            Thanks FrankB..kapt
