Question for the board on a spreadsheet..

Does anyone have or is using a spreadsheet that you can keep track of your WINS/LOSES along with a continuing record you can update daily without totals changing from the previous daily records. i.e. maybe a dual linked sheet calculating minus units, various unit columns etc. XCEL would be great OR if you have a trusted site to download a template from? My format is ancient and I started writing a new and it dawned on me I am probably spinning my wheels and could save a TON of time as guys here already have it hammered out!! Sure would save a tons of time but if not I'll whack it out later!
