As soon as I heard DB was the manager of the Cubs I cringed considering how badly he messed up gms 5-7 of the Giants chances to make the WS. Family has had cubs ticks for 45 years and they can never seem to find the right guy. Baylor was a Joke as was Riggleman and all the others. Why they let Steve Stone go I will never know but I am with you SustainDan-- we need a new leader who knows whats going on-- the fact that Baker kept waivin wendell kim for 1 year after 2003 says enough for me. Interesting Poll Question-- who would make a good cub manager-- I am going with Stone or Sutcliff

Just seeing them play neifi perez knew trouble was coming hes horrible and way past his prime that he left in SF. The guy goes 0-4 K for a bunt on an 0-2 pitch and then had two errors in a row that scored the leading run and dusty does shit about it hahah

I met Jerry Hairston last Friday at the bar I work at, he is a good guy who understands the tradition and the Fans in Chicago. He seemed excited to be here, i just wish Dusty would let him play.
