The He Said She Said Service better known as Jack Price/Corey Blackhead:
Today Jack says that "Corey" says to take SEATTLE(NBA).
Apparently "Corey" is mute, as not ONCE year have I ever heard "Corey" speak for himself;perhaps Jack should take ventriloquist lessons and disguise his voice and pretend he(Jack) isactually Corey speaking on the comp. phone.
Perhaps then a few folks(suckers) might believe it when Jack says Corey really does exist has been one of the best cappers in Vegas for the last 19 years.

Spark-Most of those basketball comps on the Bulls were for last night's game's, as on the greenmachine website for those picks it says Chicago at Wash., and game 5 is in Chicago.

                  Today's Pick: ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS
                  MLB
                  San Francisco vs. Arizona
                  9:40 EST

How many times have we seen this? A big name gets traded in the off-season for a minor league prospect and the alleged “throw-in” outperforms the star. While Randy Johnson is obviously struggling for the Yankees, former NY prospect Brad Halsey is 2-0 for Arizona with a 3.21 ERA. All he’s done is allow three earned runs or less in all five starts this year. It doesn’t take me much to oppose Kirk Rueter, whose ERA is approaching 6.00. While the Giants have won six straight, Arizona is no pushover having taken 7 of 10. In two road starts, Rueter’s ERA is 10.12. Let’s remember the Giants didn’t get a day off despite having to travel from Pittsburgh to Phoenix following Sunday’s game. Last night they barely prevailed in extra innings. Diamondbacks get the win tonight. It doesn’t hurt our cause either that Doug Eddings is the home plate umpire. The home team is 3-1 with Eddings this year after a dazzling 44-28 last year. Take the Diamondbacks -121

                    SHARK'S WINNERS

                    MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL
                    Tuesday, May 3rd
                    WAS Z DAY -R vs LOS J WEAVER -R
In tonight's game, Zach Day takes the hill for Washington, while Jeff Weaver pitches for the Dodgers. Day (1-2, 5.09 ERA) was 5-10 with a 3.93 ERA in 19 starts with the Expos in 2004. He hasn't pitched since April 25th because of an inner ear infection. In that start, he pitched 5.1 innings and gave up five runs on five hits, with 2 K's and five walks in a 5-4 home loss to the Phillies. He has not fared well in two career starts versus the Dodgers, going 0-2 with a 5.40 ERA against them. Weaver (2-2, 6.23 ERA) got off to a good start this season, going 2-0 with a 3.60 ERA in his first three starts, but has faltered in his last two outings in losses to the Rockies and Diamondbacks. In those last two starts, he allowed 13 runs on 18 hits in 10.1 innings and overall this season, he's given up 39 hits in 30.1 innings. Weaver has had pretty good success when pitching against the Expos/Nationals, going 1-0 with a 2.40 ERA in two starts and has held them to a .140 batting average. Weaver gets the call here.

                    CLEVELAND at MINNESOTA
CLE WESTBROOK -R vs MIN J MAYS -R
Tonight's pitching duel pits Jake Westbrook of Cleveland versus Joe Mays of the Twins. Westbrook (0-5, 6.35 ERA) has been the recipient of some tough luck. In three of his five starts he went 8.0 innings each time, only to suffer from lack of run support by his offense in 1-0, 3-2 and 2-0 losses. However, he had no one to blame but himself in his last outing when he gave up nine runs on eight hits with one homer, 2 walks and no K's before being chased after 2.1 innings in a 10-3 home loss to the Tigers. He has struggled versus the Twins, going 1-4 with a 4.86 ERA in nine games (six starts). Mays (1-0, 4.05 ERA) earned his first victory since June 19th, 2003, with a six-inning performance against the Royals on April 27th. He allowed four runs on eight hits in that game and was aided by a four-run seventh inning in a 9-4 Twins' road win. Mays faced the Indians in Cleveland on April 17th, allowing just one run on five hits in 7.0 innings and threw just 72 pitches, but took a no-decision in a 2-1 loss. At this point, Westbrook cannot be trusted. Go Twinkies.

                      BUZZ SPORTS ....

                      CHICAGO CUBS (12 - 12) at MILWAUKEE (11 - 13): Play On Chicago -135 3 5/3/2005 7:05:00 PM
CARLOS ZAMBRANO (R) vs. CHRIS CAPUANO (L)(Listed) Zambrano was in a down cycle his last start when I went against him and he got shelled at home vs. the Reds after going 8+ in a win at St Louis. He will take the bump today with good rest having not thrown since 4/26. The Cubs bats have gotten hot the last 7 games hitting .303 with Lee leading the way. Milwaukee has also been hitting well as of late but Capuano has not thrown great at home with a WHIP of 1.909. Will not go crazy with the Cubs as a road favorite but will back the hotter bats and pitcher going on 2 extra days rest. Play On Chicago -135 to win 1 Unit

                      KANSAS CITY (7 - 18) at CHI WHITE SOX (18 - 7): Play on Chicago White Sox -1.5 -115 6 5/3/2005 7:05:00 PM
BRIAN ANDERSON (L) vs. MARK BUEHRLE (L)(Listed) This is my first run line play of the season and will make it my Tuesday 6 Star Play Of The Day. Anderson has been roughed up his last couple starts vs Minnesota and has been bad on the road with a WHIP of 1.667 and ERA of 10.00 in two starts away. Buehrle has been tremendous at home with a WHIP of .412 and ERA of just .53. Play Against - Road teams against a 1.5 run line (KANSAS CITY) - with a cold starting pitcher- ERA >= 7.50 over his last 3 starts, ice cold hitting team - batting .240 or worse over their last 20 games. (55-32 over the last 5 seasons.) (63.2%, +32 units.) Play On The Chicago White Sox -1.5 -115 as Tuesday's 6 Star Play Of The Day to win 2 Units

                      CLEVELAND (9 - 15) at MINNESOTA (15 - 9): Play On Cleveland +100 4 5/3/2005 6:10:00 PM
JAKE WESTBROOK (R) vs. JOE MAYS (R)(Listed) Westbrook coming off a bad start vs Detroit but went 8 IP his previous two and has a good AL WHIP of 1.306. Westrbrook also 3 hit the Twins over 8 IP on 4/15 but lost to Santana 3-2. The Indians are not hitting right now but MAYS is 0-6 when starting against CLEVELAND with an ERA of 6.22 and a WHIP of 1.770. His team's record is 2-10 (-8.2 units) in these starts. I like the match-up here with Westbrook and the Indians at + money vs. May's who has had trouble with the tribe. Play On Cleveland +100 to win 1.5 Units

                      ST LOUIS (15 - 8) at CINCINNATI (10 - 14): Play On St Louis -125 4 5/3/2005 6:10:00 PM
JASON MARQUIS (R) vs. AARON HARANG (R)(Listed) Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good and that is what exaclty happened last night with the Cardinals trailing 9-3 in the top of the 9th and winning 10-9 as our Monday 6 Star Play Of The Day. The Reds bullpen has just been bad and will most likely be called upon for another 3 to 4 innings Tuesday after throwing 25+ inning the last 7 games going into Monday night. Play On - All favorites with a money line of -125 to -175 (ST LOUIS) - a top-level team (>= 62%) playing a bad team (38% to 46%), in May games. (62-20 since 1997.) (75.6%, +33.5 units.) St Louis is just a very balanced team and showed Monday they are never out of a game vs. teams with bad bullpens. Play On St Louis -125 to win 1.5 Units
