Not necassarily, Spurs have 11 Team Fouls this Qtr and Denver only has 7 Team Fouls.

This is painfull basketball to watch..no flow whatsoever....but if you have the over for the game or 2nd half your should be gold. Because the clock is not running when your shooting 75-80 free throws in a game..
